B. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not store full payment card details.

We may receive purchase confirmations / transaction identifiers necessary to deliver content and handle support/refunds.

Some versions of our Services may include voice chat functionality provided via Photon Voice.

Some games may show ads. If ads are enabled in a game, advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID) and related device data may be processed for ad delivery and measurement.

Business Tour Junior (our junior/kids version) does not display third-party advertising and does not use advertising identifiers such as IDFA/GAID.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data) through the Services.

If you submit a report, appeal, or support request, or if another player reports conduct involving your account, we may process the information contained in such reports and related records, including account identifiers, match history, gameplay telemetry, screenshots, technical logs, attachments, and correspondence with us.

We may also create and retain internal moderation records, investigation notes, and case outcomes for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and enforcement purposes.

Sanctions are currently imposed by human review and are not based solely on automated decision-making.
